CareCola is a Collaborative Care Network that strengthens both those seeking help and those offering it, creating a sustainable, accessible, theologically grounded ecosystem of care.

Mission

Our Mission Is Rooted In 4 Pillars

Collaboration

We foster meaningful partnerships among churches, community organizations, academic institutions, and mental health professionals.

Transformation

We promote gospel-shaped ministries that bring emotional, relational, and spiritual healing.

Mobilization

We equip and activate both professional and lay caregivers to serve according to their unique gifting and calling, including an incubator program for interns and licensed therapists.

Multiplication

In partnership with Crossroads Care Ministry, we train and replicate care teams capable of delivering integrated support across the full continuum of care.

For Those Seeking Help

We provide an online platform to connect those in need of care or counseling with compassionate and qualified providers who can guide them on their journey towards growth and healing.

We do this in three ways:

  • Searchable Directory: An extensive, searchable directory of Christian mental health professionals, pastoral counselors, and life coaches.

  • Support Groups: Up-to-date listings of support groups tailored to meet various needs such as grief, addiction, recovery, divorce, trauma, and skill development.

  • Resources: Resource and educational materials to empower individuals and families in their healing journeys.

Empowering Helpers

If you are a pastor, licensed therapist, pastoral counselor, life coach, or a trained volunteer, CareCola is here for you!

We recognize the vital role of caregivers and counselors in our community. We exist to support, empower, and equip you for the sake of the gospel and the good of our city.

We provide:

  • Collaborative Partnerships: Building bridges between the church, community-based agencies, academia, and the mental health profession.
  • Peer Support: FREE and confidential peer support and consultation groups that foster resilience and reduce burnout.
  • Continuing Education: Opportunities for professional development through workshops, seminars, and continuing education credits wtih regular events relevant to the diverse needs of counselors and caregivers.
  • Searchable Directory: Access to distinctly Christian mental health professionals, life coaches, and pastoral counselors.
  • Church Mobilization: We help congregations imagine what a healthy care ministry could look like, offering training for teams, coaching and consultation for staff, and access to tested systems and processes.
