For tiny humans, she loves using play therapy strategies to help them process big feelings while providing practical strategies for success.
Megan specializes in working with young children (as young as age 4), teens, individuals, and groups. Her approach is rooted in developmentally appropriate, strengths-based counseling, with particular expertise in the areas of anxiety, behavioral support, life transitions, and culturally responsive support to multicultural individuals and military families.
