My name is Cara Elizabeth Patsch and I am an LPCA that works at Lexington Christian Counseling. I am wife to my high school sweetheart, and together we have a dog and two cats. Both of us grew up in New Jersey and moved to South Carolina in 2020 and love it here.

I offer pre-marital counseling and marriage coaching to couples and walk alongside them to help them fulfill God's desgin for marriage. I also help men grow in freedom and in their relationships.

We have over 20 years of experience offering direction and guidance to couples and families, using counseling and coaching to come alongside individuals, pre-marrieds, and married couples.

I am the Assistant Director and LPC-A at Bridge of Hope in Gaston.

My personal background is in firefighting, emergency management, and law. In counseling, I have had the true honor of working with folks from many walks of life and in various stages of life.

I am a seasoned therapist who specializes in trauma. I also work as the Director of an MEd in Trauma-Informed Education. Finally, I work from a biblical worldview for those so interested.
