I believe that healthy relationships with both God and others are the foundation to a fulfilling life. On this foundation, the building of one’s purpose in life can begin.

My heart and purpose goes out to those who are struggling with depression, anxiety, grief and illness, anger, stress, relationships, and spiritual concerns. For these issues, I prefer to utilize cognitive-behavioral and existential approaches.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my fiancé, studying history, and being in nature both in the woods and on the lake.
